Customer experience journeys

Think about it and a humble but powerful realisation dawns. People don’t really remember you or your brand as much as they remember how you make them feel. They simply remember how delightful or painful was the experience. The experience of a brand, business or organisation is both a sum of the hundreds of touch points that interact & engage with customers as also the environment within which they do that.

Both the environment and the quality of the touch points are determined by the skill with which the customer experience journey is designed and deployed. Think of it as a pleasant productive habitat you create, within which customers feel secure, wanted and happy to engage. CX is not just UX UI and a few digital interaction drawings and post-its. CX is the ability to create this delightful environment in all forms possible – physically, digitally, phygitally or virtually.
